Unable to play video

Android Mobile or Tab

To get started, simply follow the simple steps below 

  • Go to settings > Apps > Search for Sony LIV > On storage section, Clear data > Clear cache. 
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app if necessary.

iPhone or iPad

  • Logout of the app > Close the app from the background> Delete and reinstall the app.

AFS

  •  Go to AFS Setting > Applications > Manage Installed applications > Select Sony LIV app > clear data. 
  • If required, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Android TV

  • Go to settings at the top right corner > Navigate to Apps > Navigate to see all apps > Move down to Sony LIV > Select Clear Data > Select OK.  
  • If required, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Smart TV

Sure! Please allow me to assist you, simply follow the simple steps below

  • Logout and exit the app > uninstall and reinstall the app.

Apple TV

Sure! Please allow me to assist you, simply follow the simple steps below

Step 1: Logout and exit the app. 

Step 2: Double click on Home on the remote and remove the app from your background.   

Step 3: Go to SonyLIV.com  

Step 4:  Swipe up to remove the app.   

Step 5: Delete and reinstall the app.
