Poor video quality

The video quality will be modified based on your Internet connection. As a result, we recommend that you set the video quality to High for the best results

Step 1:
To set the video quality to High by default, Login to Sony LIV > Go to Settings and Preference > Video quality > Select High.  

Step 2:
Make sure you've linked to a steady network. Disable and then re-enable the network. 

Step 3:
Try switching to a different network and then check again.  

Step 4:
If the issue persists, check if you are facing the same error while watching different content.  

Step 5:
If the issue still persists, please write to us at livsupport@sonyliv.com with specific details such as the show name, episode number, movie name as applicable.
