Buffering issues

Try the below steps one after the other and see if the issue is resolved 

Step 1: Disable VPN/Proxy network if enabled. Sony LIV doesn't support streaming through VPN. 

Step 2: Try restarting your router.  

Step 3: Check if you're connected to a stable network or not. Disable and reconnect the network.  

Step 4: Try playing with a different network and check again.   
 

If the problem continues, check your network speed at speedtest.net or https://projectstream.google.com/speedtest and send a screenshot to livsupport@sonyliv.com with your complaint along with your registered mobile number. We will contact you as soon as possible
