How do I change my account information?

To change your phone number

Please write to livsupport@sonyliv.com with your request and reason for change so that we can assist you further

To change your email ID

In order to keep your account and personal details safe and secure, we do not allow any changes to your registered email address.

However, we do consider such requests in the following circumstances:

  • If you wish to move your Sony LIV account from a corporate email address to a personal email address
  • If you’re an Apple user who at the time of taking your subscription chose to encrypt your email address and wish to change it now with your correct Email ID.
  • You are requested to write to us at livsupport@sonyliv.com with the following details from your currently registered email address: 
    • Current corporate email address (if applicable)
    • New email address 
    • Reason for change 
  • Once we receive your request, we will review the same and respond to you within a period of 30 days.

To change your name

  • Click on More>My Account>Edit Details Change Name
  • Go to menu on your mobile app and select “More”
  • On this screen, click on “My Account”
  • Click on “Edit Details” and make the changes in the name field"
