Unable to see subtitles

If you are unable to see subtitles, simply follow these easy instructions

  • To enable the video's subtitles (in Portrait mode) > Select settings > Subtitle > English. 

 If the issue persists, please write to us at livsupport@sonyliv.com along with your registered mobile number with specific details such as the show name, episode number, movie name as applicable.
