Audio Not Syncing

Follow the steps below 

Step 1: Check if the network connection is steady, then disconnect and rejoin, or switch to a different network. 

Step 2: Logout of the app and close it > Clear the cache and data >  Check now by logging in again.  

Step 3: If the issue persists, please write to us at livsupport@sonyliv.com along with your registered mobile number with specific details such as the show name, episode number, movie name as applicable.
