Chromecast Gen2–3 & built‑in only. No screen‑mirroring (Airplay, MiraCast).
Q2. I cannot see my Chromecast—what do I do?
Reboot device, ensure same Wi‑Fi, enable network info in Cast settings.
Q3. What to do if cast icon missing?
Refresh device info: restart app, reboot Chromecast, sign out/in.
Q4. How to troubleshoot when not working on Chromecast?
Remove special characters in device name, same Wi‑Fi, update Chrome/app.
Q5. How to change volume/subtitle/audio language of casting?
Use player’s Subtitle/Audio settings; volume via phone controls.

Q2. In what scenario do you use Restore functionality?
When purchase isn’t visible on new device—tap Restore in My Account.
Section X – Free Trials
Q1. How can I avail free trial on a subscription pack?
Step 1: Select a pack that offers a free trial.
Step 2: Enter payment details (Rs. 1 nominal charge).
Step 3: Enjoy the trial until it ends; full pack charges apply on expiry. Cancel anytime during trial.
Step 4: To upgrade during trial, pay full amount of the new pack—trial won’t apply to it.
Q2. Why am I not able to see any free trials?
- You have or had an active subscription.
- You’ve already used a free trial on this account/device.
- Free trials aren’t offered in your country currently.
Q3. I’m not able to redeem my coupon while subscribing with Free trial?
Free trials cannot be combined with coupons. To use a coupon, select the subscription pack **without** the free trial option, then apply your coupon.
Section XI – WWE Network Pack
Q1. Until when will WWE content be available on Sony LIV?
WWE content is available until March 31. After that date, it will be removed.
Q2. What happens if my WWE subscription expiry is after March 31?
You can watch WWE content until March 31. Unused period beyond March 31 will be refunded.
Q3. How will I receive my refund for unused WWE subscription period?
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Q4. Do I need to cancel to receive the refund?
No cancellation needed—the refund for unused days after March 31 is automatic.

Q1. How do I change my account information?
Change phone number: Email livsupport@sonyliv.com with request & reason.
Change email address:
We generally do not allow email changes, but will consider if:
• Moving from corporate to personal email
• You encrypted via Apple and need to correct it.
Email livsupport@sonyliv.com from your registered email with: current email, new email, reason. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Q7. How does registration work on bundled device?
Login with Amazon (LWA) on first launch. After 1 year, regular sign‑in appears alongside LWA.
