Downloading error

• Disable VPN/Proxy network if it was activated during the app download.
• Only download the app from the Google Playstore or Apple App Store. Do not try to get it from any other unidentified sources or third-party apps.

Unable to find AFS app

• Install the most recent version of the Fire TV OS.
• In AFS, logout and login to the app store.
• Delete the Amazon App Store's cache and data.
• Return the firestick to its original position.
• Follow the procedures below to modify your location: 
• From the Home screen, navigate to Settings.
• Preferences.
• Select Location.
• Type in the postal code for the location you want.
