App crashes

Android Mobile or Tab

If the app crashes in android/tab, simply follow these easy instructions 

  • Go to settings > Apps > Search for Sony LIV > On storage section, Clear data > Clear cache.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app if necessary.

iPhone or iPad

Step 1: Logout of the app.

Step 2: Close the app from the background.

Step 3: Delete the app.

Step 4: Reinstall the app.

AFS

  • Navigate to AFS Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Apps > Select Sony LIV app > clear data.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app if necessary.

Android TV

  • Go to the upper right corner of the screen and choose settings > Go to Apps > Navigate to see all apps > Move down to Sony LIV > Select Clear Data > Select OK.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app if necessary.

Smart TV

  • Logout and exit the app > Uninstall and reinstall the app.

Apple TV

Step 1: Logout from the app and exit.

Step 2: Double-click the Home button on the remote to stop the app in the background.

Step 3: Go to SonyLIV.com.

Step 4: Remove the app by swiping up.

Step 5: If the issue persists, uninstall the app and reinstall it.
