You can raise a request to delete your account by following below steps:
- Go to the main menu.
- Click on "Contact Us."
- From the contact options, navigate to "Account Management."
- Select the option that says, "I want to delete my account."
- Enter the required details in the provided fields.
- Once you have reviewed the information, click on the "Submit" button.
We would like to inform you that once your account is deleted:
- All the profiles linked to your account, your viewing preferences, any downloaded content and all points and prizes, including cash rewards and coupons that might have been credited to your account, will be deleted permanently. You will not be able to retrieve any of the above.
- You may not be able to view any videos/ play any games / participate in any contest or voting without registering yourself again.
- If you are a subscribed user with an active plan, all entitlements linked to the account being deleted will be revoked immediately.
- No refund will be initiated against the existing subscription plan(s) and no request for any refunds or partial refunds will be entertained.
- If your existing subscription plan has been purchased through a third party for e.g., Google Play Store or App Store, you are requested to contact the third party directly for cancellation of the said subscription, so that there is no auto-renewal of the subscription in future.
We would also like to inform you that in case, you change your mind and decide to continue with the account then you may revoke your current request anytime within 90 working days by replying to us on the same email without changing the subject line.
